(1) We provide a one-year warranty according to our laws and regulations. You can get a detailed after-sale address from our sales team.

 

(2) If you have questions during use, please contact the corresponding salesperson or leave a message on our website. We will provide remote technical guidance at first.

 

(3) If the problem cannot be solved locally, you can ship the device back by registered mail, EMS, or DHL. We don’t accept any package shipped by FedEx, UPS or TNT, because it is hard to make customs clearance.

 

(4) Buyer affords the shipping cost of return. We will afford the cost of shipping back after the warranty.
